Ballooning Returns to Mansfield

To celebrate the opening of our Mansfield operation, Picture This Ballooning are offering special flight only packages for the Queens Birthday long weekend. Taking Cirque du Soleil's "OVO" balloon to Canberra

Team PTB have been flying & tethering the OVO balloon in Canberra as part of the balloon's tour around Australia.

Much to the delight of residents & visitors, this morning OVO flew over the heart of Canberra, including Parliament House. After the flight it returned to the gardens near King Edward Terrace where it was tethered for a photo shoot.

After wow'ing folks at the Capital, the OVO balloon will be heading to Sydney in preparation for Cirque du Soleil's "OVO" show opening on September 13th.

“OVO” is flying over Brisbane for Cirque du Soleil

Robin Fenlon was in town from the UK to attend the Australian Open Tennis. Hoping to get some "Sunrise over Melbourne" shots to round out his coverage of the Tennis, he got all that and more. Check out the video and for more information, read our News Story about Robin's flight and his video.

We attached a camera to one of our balloons for a flight over the beautiful city of Melbourne, using time-lapse images to capture the whole flight from take-off to landing. From low-level flight over fields & houses to going up high over the city, the flight also includes great views of the MCG, Olympic Sports precinct, Yarra river, botanical gardens, Albert Park and the city itself.

This video really gives you an appreciation for the experience you too could have flying in a hot air balloon over Melbourne.
